Time to bring the Quackdown. 🦆🌮 Ohio State takes on Oregon, and we’re taking blackberry BBQ somewhere it belongs: all over a carnitas taco.

The Quackdown is this week’s WTF, aka Weekly Taco Feature. We’re filling a flour tortilla with carnitas, blackberry BBQ, poblano slaw, Off the Cobb, grilled jalapeño ranch, and cilantro. The blackberry BBQ brings a sweet, tangy nod to Oregon, while the poblano slaw and grilled jalapeño ranch bring the heat. Off the Cobb adds sweet corn and smoky flavor to round it all out. A little green, a little yellow, and a whole lot going on in one tortilla.
