Every week, our kitchen creates a new limited-time taco available at Local Cantina locations. Sometimes it's inspired by a favorite menu item. Sometimes it's a mashup nobody asked for but everyone ends up loving. Sometimes it's just our chefs seeing how much flavor they can fit into a tortilla.
From spicy and crunchy to cheesy and downright ridiculous, the Weekly Taco Feature is your excuse to try something new before it's gone.
New tacos launch every Tuesday and are available for one week only while supplies last.
Weekly Taco Feature: The Reel Deal Taco
Lemon pepper-crusted fish, poblano slaw, poblano ranch, and queso fresco make this the catch of the week. Reel it in before it's gone.
Weekly Taco Feature: Firecracker Chicken Taco
Pretzel-crusted fried chicken, jalapeño jelly, and pickled jalapeños deliver sweet heat in every bite. Available for one week only.
Weekly Taco Feature: BLT Taco
A BLT with a Cantina twist. Crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle lime ranch on a corn tortilla for one week only.
Weekly Taco Feature: Firebird Taco
Hot chicken, honey sesame glaze, jalapeño slaw, cheddar, and a dirty shell make this sweet-and-spicy taco one you'll want to catch before it's gone.
Weekly Taco Feature: Red, White & Boom Boom
Crispy tempura shrimp, Boom Boom sauce, roasted red onion aioli, and queso fresco come together for a taco that's crunchy, creamy, and here for one week only.
Weekly Taco Feature: Swim Shady
This taco is making waves. Crispy tempura shrimp, scallion lime slaw, honey wasabi aioli, and toasted sesame seeds come together for the perfect mix of crunch, heat, and freshness. Catch it before it swims off the menu.
Weekly Taco Feature: Pepper-Own-Me
Can't decide between pizza and tacos? You don't have to. Fried chicken tossed in marinara, pepperoni, Monterey cheese, chipotle cream, parmesan, and all the toppings you'd expect from a loaded slice. Grab one before this love affair ends.
Weekly Taco Feature: Mama Mia
Somewhere between an Italian sub and a taco is pure magic. Ham, pepperoni, melted Monterey cheese, lettuce, pepperoncini, and red wine vinaigrette packed into a flour tortilla. One bite and you'll be saying "Mama Mia."

The Weekly Taco Feature gives our chefs a chance to experiment, our regulars a reason to come back, and everyone else something new to talk about over margaritas.
Some become fan favorites. Some disappear forever. The only way to know if you'll love one is to order it.
